Host: I'd love to help. Would you prefer a seated dinner or a more relaxed evening with people mingling?

Chapter 03
A decision becomes a deposit.
The money lands with you. The guest receives an invoice from your Stripe account, and once the deposit is paid the event is booked and your team can see the payment status.
Booked value and money received are different.
In this example the booking is $4,200. The deposit is $2,100. The remaining $2,100 is invoiced after the event.
A paid deposit confirms the booking, through your own Stripe.

Chapter 05
Hospitality still has a human side.
You stay in the conversation. Your team can read the thread, pause the host and take over, and a special request reaches a person with the context to help.
- Set the standards. Your menus, prices, rooms and house policies.
- Take the conversation. Read the thread and respond when a guest needs you.
- Keep the records. Export your guest and booking data.
Your team keeps the decisions that make your venue yours.

Guest: Could we bring a live band?
Host: Let me check with our team about a live band in The Long Room.
