3%, and only when we made you money.

The fee applies only to revenue the host booked: an event that began as a conversation with your host and was paid. Your walk-in business is yours.

Charged monthly, in arrears, on money that actually arrived that month. The invoice shows the math on its face.

Worked example

A sample month on Demand Gen

6 booked events, collected
$7,200
Demand Gen, per month
$499
Success fee, 3% of $7,200
$216
You pay Vespar
$715

Stays with you, before your own costs

Phone bookings your team takes, walk-ins and your regular service are never counted. This example covers the plan and success fee, before your own costs; the one-time launch service is separate.

Launch service

Nobody sets this up alone.

We build your venue in Vespar with you, then prove it works before it speaks.

$1,000, one time, charged when you sign up. Or commit to a year and it goes away: an annual plan is billed without it.

  1. 01Your menu loaded and priced, your rooms, minimums and staffing entered
  2. 02Your policies turned into answers, and your host tuned to your voice
  3. 03Stripe, your calendar and Mailchimp connected
  4. 04Standard phone setup, your host's voice selected and a test call checked with you
  5. 05The whole booking path run end to end on test payments before launch
  6. 06Shadow mode first: your host drafts, you read every reply, then we go live
  7. +You are never the first to read a reply. A Vespar specialist reviews your host's drafts with you and signs off before a single message reaches a guest.
A restaurant owner and a Vespar specialist set up the venue together at a laptop in an empty dining room.

The whole booking, not a piece of it.

From the first message to the deposit and the calendar, every plan carries the whole path. Nothing on this list is an upsell.

  • A host that answers as your venue

Questions, dates and menus handled by your host, with a hand-off queue for anything that needs you.

  • Website chat and phone, from the first plan

The host answers as your venue, with your rooms, menus and prices. Our team sets up your phone connection with you.

  • Deposits and invoices through your Stripe

The money goes straight to you. Vespar never touches your guests' payments.

  • Your calendar and your guest list

Booked events land on your Google or Outlook calendar; every guest and conversation lives in your dashboard.

  • Analytics, never an add-on

Bookings by source and what each one returned. It is the one report we will not sell you separately, because it is the argument for everything else.

  • AI photography, with no per-image charge

Menu shots for the dishes a photographer never reached. Real photographs are the only thing the host ever sends a guest; generated images stay in your menu and your marketing.

The fine print, in plain type.

What venues ask before they say yes. Anything else, ask us: a person answers.

What counts as revenue Vespar booked?

A paid private event that began with your host in chat or on the phone. For phone events, the fee applies to new enquiries from the start date agreed during setup. Phone bookings your team takes, ordinary table reservations, walk-ins and your regular service are never counted and never charged.

When is the 3% charged?

Monthly, in arrears, only on money that actually arrived that month. The invoice line shows the math: the collected amount, the rate, and the number of payments behind it.

What does fair use actually mean?

Your plan refills your usage balance on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Your host, writing, imports and images share that balance. See what remains, top up in dollars, or choose optional auto-refill with your own amount and monthly spending limit when online billing is available. Unused purchased balance carries over; unused plan usage does not. More complex work uses more balance. At empty, new AI work pauses while your team can still manage guests, bookings and existing payments.

Is phone included, and how is usage charged?

Phone access is included from Conversion, and standard phone setup and testing are part of the launch service. We confirm your calling allowance and the cost of extra usage before activation. Phone usage is not unlimited. Once enabled for your venue, call costs use the same usage balance as your other AI work; completed calls can take time to appear. Your team can review the balance and choose when to top up.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a free month: 30 days from the day you sign up. You enter a card at checkout and the plan is first charged when the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing for it. The launch service is separate: on a monthly plan it is charged at checkout, because the build starts on day one, and on an annual plan it is waived.

What does a year actually cost?

Paid annually, Conversion is $3,228 and Demand Gen is $5,388, billed once: twelve months at the annual rate of $269 and $449 a month, which is 10% under the monthly price. The $1,000 launch service is waived on an annual plan as well. Monthly plans stay month to month at $299 and $499.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, unless you choose to pay for a year up front, which waives the launch service. The launch service is one-time either way; cancel any time and your data exports with you.

We have more than one location. Does that work?

Yes. One subscription can cover a group of venues, each with its own rooms, menu, host and Stripe, and every venue after the first is billed at a lower rate. Tell us how many locations when you get in touch and we will quote the group as one.

Start with your rooms.

A few questions about your venue and the events you host, and we'll show you what Vespar would book, and exactly what it would cost.

Month to month. Your Stripe, your money, your data.
